ABSTRACT:The mechanical behaviors and creep features of 32Cr2MoV steel of rotor at high temperature were studied experimentally. The temperature distribution of a heated rotor was studied theoretically. Based on existing creep theory and the spline function collocation point method, a numerical method was developed to calculate the transient creep strain and stress of a rotor of steam turbine to be aligned. The transient creep displacement, the residual bending value and the residual stress after unloading can be predicted by the software. The numerical results show that the analysis method of the paper is reasonable. By means of the software, it is easy to decide loading and heating scheme for the creep alignment technique of rotors.

KEY WORDS:aligning a rotor; creep behaviors of rotor steel; spline function collocation point method▲2 引言汽轮机转子大轴热弯曲事故在我国大型火电厂中时有发生。汽轮机转轴弯曲后的处理,是一项技术难度较大,工艺水平要求较高的工作,工程中大多采用蠕变法对转轴进行矫直。以往由于缺乏转子钢在直轴温度范围内的蠕变特性实验数据以及对大轴温度场、应力场和应变场的深入理论分析,直轴工艺还带有较大的经验性。
